Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our photo prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We will gladly replace prints that arrive damaged.

How does ordering work?

2. Select your print size

3. Select your paper

4. Choose your border or no border

5. Choose shipping type

6. Check out and securely pay

7. Enjoy your prints!

How long does production take?

We will ship your order 5 business days after it is placed. At this time we are not accepting rush orders.

Do you offer color correction or graphic design?

To ensure customer satisfaction, we encourage you to fine-tune your images before uploading them. If you need design support, we can offer that for an additional charge.

Our printer will faithfully reproduce the colors in the file you provide us, but if your monitor is not properly calibrated, the output will not match what you are seeing. For a good overview of monitor calibration, we recommend this article by Dry Creek Photo. We use a DataColor Spyder monitor calibration tool.

What file types are accepted?

Jpg, tif, or png file types are accepted.

What size does my file need to be?

To get the best resolution for your photo prints we prefer to print at 1219 dpi. To reach this resolution, your file needs to be at least 1219 x the number of inches in each dimension you want your print to be.

For example, a 20" x 30" print would need to be at least (1219 x 20) 24,380 pixels by (1219 x 30) 36,570 pixels.

Lower resolution prints are also available and will look very good at smaller print sizes. We are happy to advise you on the best size for printing any given file.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at check out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email with a link to the carrier's tracking page.
